With Milton officially less than one week away according to community management, the county’s player count is seeing numbers that it has not seen in months. Now, that isn’t a hard bar to beat at all, but it’s very significant. It tells us one very important story. Ridgeway’s community is ready to return. (Hopefully for good this time)
Over the past few months, Syntax, a community manager, has been putting in hours of work updating the game and the community. on what is happening behind the scenes. Although some are still skeptical of what he’s saying, the vast majority of Ridgewayans trust him.
On Sunday, December 15th, Chief FrankXReagan announced applications for the Milton City Police Department. This comes 5 days after he announced the inaugural command of MCPD. 2 Days later, Syntax announced that departments would be resuming log quotas. Since then, the game has been consistently reaching 20-50+ players during server start-ups.
With Milton’s addition, I have no doubt that the game will remain active. Especially after Syntax did community polls on the updates we would like. If developer oversight follows through, we should be receiving consistent updates that will keep the game active.
It’s pretty clear Ridgeway is ready for Milton. We’ve been waiting on this for years. This is the best Christmas gift that we could have possibly gotten from Developer Oversight this year.
