Out of the over 3 years The Palmer Times has existed in Ridgeway, we have never officially sponsored or endorsed a candidate for any elected position as we believe it is best for Ridgeway’s political nature to take it’s course. However, this time, we’re feeling something different. The Palmer Times is officially endorsing Undersheriff Sage03x for Ridgeway County Sheriff.
Let us be clear. This is not an endorsement against any candidate, but it is for the candidate we believe is the best fit and most qualified to do the job. Sage03x has been serving Ridgeway in the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office for over 5 years, showing immense dedication to not only just his position, but the community. A trait that is imperative not only when it comes down to running for an elected position, but a law enforcement agency.
Mr. Sage is an authentic, heavily experienced, and loved member in our community, and because of these reasons, The Palmer Time’s Editorial Board Officially endorses Sage03x for Ridgeway County Sheriff.
