Friday night, Magistrate Judge Mytrius was holding a duty court session. After repeated interruptions by JamesGardai, he was barred for the night from the Enforcement Beyond Court House.
Following that, Attorney General AdamStratton received a multitude of direct messages complaining about JamesGardai and what they believed to be were false arrests and citations. AdamStratton personally reviewed these cases and expunged several arrests and citations that JamesGardai made.
Friday night, Palmer Times Owner witnessed RCSO deputy murder a civilian.

“They’re always going after him”, Ridgeway County Sheriff Sage03x says. He says he defends JamesGardai so much is because he’s previously received similar accusations. He said this Thursday night on the Ridgeway Review after he was asked on why he was personally endorsing JamesGardai to join CID “do what he always wanted to do… just officially… go after corrupt cops.” It seems JamesGardai should be going after himself.
Friday night, I (Timbowalk), watched JamesGardai jump in front of a LEGALLY moving vehicle. He attempted to give the driver a citation, and then proceeded to use extremely excessive force by murdering that resident. Later that night, following several reports to RCSO’s internal affairs, JamesGardai was placed on Administrative Leave.
Since the incident Sheriff Sage03x has changed his mind.
I’ve always supported gardai because there was nothing concrete, what happened last night is unacceptable and i will not defend it
